About Position:

We are looking for a Test Automation Lead to join our team in Pune. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in test automation, leadership capabilities, and a passion for ensuring software quality through robust testing strategies.

What You'll Do:

• As a Test Automation Lead, you will be responsible for driving the automation testing strategy and execution across projects.
• Lead the design and implementation of scalable test automation frameworks.
• Manage and mentor a team of test automation engineers.
• Collaborate with developers, QA, and product teams to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.
• Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts for functional, regression, and performance testing.
• Ensure continuous integration and delivery through tools like Jenkins.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices in test automation.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• We’re looking for someone who brings both technical expertise and leadership skills to the table.
• Strong hands-on experience with Selenium for web automation.
• Proficiency in Java and Python for scripting and automation.
• Experience with TestNG and other testing frameworks.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and test management tools.
• Experience in regression testing, performance testing, and SQL for database validation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and team management abilities
