Test Lead - Automation Testing

Key Responsibilities

• Lead QA planning, test case design, execution, and automation.
• Implement and maintain automation frameworks using

  Selenium/UFT (Java)

  .
• Conduct

  API testing

  (Swagger, Postman with JavaScript) and

  database validation

  using SQL.
• Ensure sprint deliverables meet production standards with zero major defects.
• Track and manage defects, performing first-line triage for released features.
• Drive continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and client teams to resolve issues within SLAs.
• Mentor team members and ensure alignment with Agile best practices.

Qualifications & Skills

• 8–12 years

  of QA experience with

  5+ years

  in automation (Selenium/UFT).
• Strong in

  manual, automation, and API testing

  .
• Proficient in

  Java, SQL Server

  , and

  Web Services

  .
• Experience with

  CI/CD tools

  (Jenkins, Docker) and

  DevOps/JIRA/TFS

  .

• 2+ years

  of experience leading QA teams.
• Exposure to

  US Healthcare domain

  preferred.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
