JOB DESCRIPTION:

Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium, BDD, Cucumber and Java for Power Platform applications.

Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and product managers to identify and resolve issues.

Maintain and update existing test scripts to reflect changes in the application.

Analyze test results, diagnose issues, and provide detailed reports to development teams.

Participate in code reviews to maintain the quality and integrity of the test codebase.

Continuously research and recommend tools and frameworks to enhance the automation process.

Develop strategies for testing complex features and functionality.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.

Document test procedures and results comprehensively.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience in Selenium automation testing and Java programming.

Good understanding of Power Platform applications and their functionalities.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Effective communication and organizational skills.

Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.

Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab).

Knowledge of RESTful APIs and SQL.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Power Platform development and customization.

The resources will work on the 2 types of automations –

1) Canvas based applications webbase , required to test front ends and workflows.

2) B2B ( BAUCAL) integration / api testing
