Job Description

Jd for Automation Test Engineer Lead Profile .

Roles and Responsibilities

Understand the Business Requirement to design test cases.
Promote good testing practices to their colleagues.
Take ownership and develop/amend new Automation Testing Suite/Framework/Cases services to fulfil business demand for technology services.
Review and write Test Scripts for enhancements.
Test and help with reviewing and troubleshooting production problems.
Participate in after business hours testing and production support when required.
Perform automation testing of REST API
Experience crafting a team wide automated test strategy across all layers of the application and larger eco-system.
Work as a bridge between Delivery teams and PMG product team.
Developing automated UI tests using C# or Java with Selenium
Managing and executing tests using JMeter
Finding functional defects on web pages & products
Tracking Bugs for final resolution.

IT Skills :

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- BE/BTech/ME/MTech in Computer Science/ Electronics/ Communication from a reputed institute

- Exposure to test services between integrated system.

- Good understanding of SDLC and STLC and Defect life cycle.

- Payment domain knowledge (Payment Gateway services).[ME onboarding, Transactions, Payout, Refund settlement and Chargeback systems.]

- Experience in preparation of test cases, test scenarios and defect report, (RTM) independently.

- Must have experience in WEB, Mobile app, POS testing.

- Should have knowledge of smoke, sanity, retesting, and regression testing.

- Knowledge of JMeter.

- Hands on experience in POS certification (host as well as Terminal)

- Must have basic knowledge of POS TTUM system and its calculation.

- Basic knowledge of selenium.
