Automation Test Lead

As a Test Lead with 8+ years of experience, the company is looking for a skilled professional to take on the following responsibilities: - **Automation & Domain Expertise:** - Utilize UiPath to automate test processes and workflows effectively. - Validate business requirements and test scenarios using in-depth knowledge of Cash Management and banking operations. - **Team & Task Management:** - Assign tasks to QA team members and ensure efficient workload management. - Monitor team performance to ensure timely completion of testing activities. - **Project Tracking & Coordination:** - Track project milestones, deliverables, and testing progress. - Coordinate with business users for necessary inputs, reviews, and approvals. - **Requirement Management:** - Keep track of evolving project requirements and update test cases accordingly. - **Metrics & Reporting:** - Measure and implement metrics across testing phases. - Report on testing activities such as test case coverage, defect status, and overall quality metrics. - **Defect Management:** - Lead daily defect triage meetings and ensure timely resolution. - Collaborate with development and business teams to address issues. - **Process Adherence:** - Ensure strict adherence to defined test processes and standards. - Conduct reviews and audits to uphold quality benchmarks. Qualifications required for this role include: - Proven expertise in UiPath automation tools. - Strong domain knowledge in Banking, particularly Cash Management. - Minimum of 8 years of experience in software testing, with at least 2 years in a lead role. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. - Experience in metrics-driven reporting and defect lifecycle management. - Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.,
