Job Description

As an Automation Manager at Prochem, you will be responsible for the following key areas: - Demonstrating expertise in Automation & Project-based companies - Having experience with Sheet Metal Industries in Food/Pharma/Powder Handling Equipment - Proficient in costing & estimation of MCC, PCC, APFC, VFD, and Automation Panels - Possessing strong knowledge of Siemens PLC (S7-300/400/1500), Allen Bradley, etc. - Conducting SCADA engineering & testing procedures - Being proficient in AutoCAD Electrical - Providing on-site panel integration & support - Having hands-on experience with FAT and Commissioning - Preparing detailed BOM & BOQ - Ensuring documentation as per ISO & CE standards - Developing HMI screens, managing Alarms & History - Providing accurate project cost estimation and coordinating proposals - Tracking projects & coordinating interdepartmentally - Driving business development and client meetings Why Join Prochem Joining Prochem means getting involved in exciting projects within Food, Pharma & Chemical industries.
