Automation Manager

Understand the requirement for the automation and design and develop automated systems/Robotic systems, Automated production lines for manufacturing for better productivity and improvement in quality   Measure existing processes to identify areas for improvement   Develop and deliver training on new systems and methodologies to all required stakeholders   Lead and participate in sales teams, develop solutions and set up proposals for control systems for the water and wastewater, district heating and energy segment   Support to other engineers for mechatronics designs and improvements in test systems   Managing the rollout with the sales automation vendor's implementation team   Once the sales automation system is successfully launched, the Sales Automation Manager will oversee the strategy, day-to-day execution, and routine improvements of the platform   Develop training materials for new leaders and representatives   Monitor system performance and communicate issues appropriately   Ensure new programs, incentives, workflows, and other features are loaded timely according to the launch schedule and in coordination with training and communications
