Job Description

As the Lead Automation Engineer at Guidehouse, your main responsibility will be mentoring and developing a team of automation engineers. You will foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team. Your role will also involve providing technical oversight on automation and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) projects, collaborating closely with stakeholders to drive status updates and calls. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and manage stakeholders effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Mentor and develop a team of automation engineers - Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement - Provide technical oversight on automation and RPA projects - Collaborate with stakeholders to drive status updates and calls - Gather requirements and manage stakeholders from cross-functional teams Qualifications Required: - Solution Architect or Advanced Developer Certifications in RPA platforms like UiPath or Automation Anywhere - Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or .Net - Knowledge of database management, APIs, and system integrations - Minimum 5 years of experience in RPA development or related roles - Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, process optimizations, and team leadership - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Guidehouse offers a comprehensive total rewards package, including competitive compensation and a flexible benefits package that reflects the commitment to creating a diverse and supportive workplace.
