Automation Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead & Deliver:

  Manage automation projects end-to-end from ideation to on-site implementation — ensuring deadlines and quality standards don’t just get met, they get crushed.

• Team Captain:

  Guide and motivate a team of engineers and technicians to design, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions that actually work (and wow).

• Client Whisperer:

  Collaborate directly with clients to understand their operational challenges and craft tailored solutions in

  process instrumentation, factory automation, and solution selling

  .

• Execution Master:

  Oversee project execution like a pro — track milestones, foresee hiccups, and take proactive measures to keep everything running smoother than a servo motor.

• Innovation Driver:

  Stay on top of emerging technologies in automation and integrate new methods to boost efficiency and performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• 7+ years of experience in industrial automation or EMS environments.
• Proven track record in managing multi-disciplinary teams and complex automation projects.
• Strong knowledge of PLCs, SCADA, HMI, and industrial communication protocols.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client engagement skills.
