Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Architect with deep expertise in Make.com to design, build, and optimize advanced automation solutions across our business ecosystem. You will lead the architecture and orchestration of Make.com scenarios, integrate APIs from multiple platforms, and ensure robust performance, security, and scalability.

This is a hands-on, technical leadership role for someone who thrives on building from scratch, solving complex integration challenges, and pushing automation platforms to their limits.

Key Responsibilities

• Automation Design & Architecture – Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end automation workflows using Make.com, ensuring optimal structure, scalability, and maintainability.
• Scenario Development – Build complex Make.com scenarios, incorporating branching logic, data transformations, and advanced error handling.
• API Integrations – Connect and synchronize data between multiple systems and platforms, including:
• Meta (Facebook, Instagram)
• TikTok
• YouTube
• Slack
• Google Drive & Google Sheets
• Competitive Intake platforms and internal tools
• Performance Optimization – Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve automation reliability, latency, and resource consumption; handle rate limits and API quota constraints effectively.
• Error Handling & Recovery – Implement robust error-catching, retries, and alerting mechanisms to minimize downtime and data loss.
• Collaboration – Work closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to translate business needs into scalable automation solutions.
• Documentation & Handover – Create clear, detailed documentation for workflows, integrations, and operational procedures.

Qualifications & Skills

Required:

• Expert-level experience with Make.com (formerly Integromat), including advanced modules, scheduling, and scenario architecture.
• Strong knowledge of HTTP modules, API authentication methods (OAuth, API keys, JWT, etc.), and JSON mapping.
• Proven ability to manage API rate limits and optimize integration efficiency.
• Solid understanding of webhooks, data parsing, and automation best practices.
• At least 3+ years of experience in automation and API integration projects.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred:

• Experience integrating marketing and analytics platforms.
• Familiarity with automation in e-commerce, SaaS, or high-growth consumer brands.
• Background in scripting (JavaScript, Python) for custom API calls.

Pay: From ₹175,000.00 per month
