We are investing heavily in automation and AI to streamline our marketing, publishing, and operational workflows. This role will own the integrations that power our cross-platform publishing capabilities.

Role Overview

We are seeking a technical API Integration & Publishing Specialist to design, build, and maintain publishing flows across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube. You will handle batching, scheduling, and automated uploads while ensuring secure and reliable API connections. This role bridges marketing operations with engineering, ensuring that our publishing pipelines are efficient, scalable, and compliant with platform requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Publishing Workflow Development – Build and maintain automated publishing flows for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube, including batching, scheduling, and content uploads.
• API Integration – Implement and maintain API connections for ads platforms, Google APIs, and related services.
• Authentication & Security – Manage API keys, tokens, and OAuth2 authentication flows; ensure correct scopes and permissions are applied.
• Testing & QA – Use Postman or similar tools to test, debug, and optimize API calls.
• Collaboration – Work closely with marketing and creative teams to ensure publishing automation meets campaign requirements.
• Maintenance & Monitoring – Proactively monitor API changes, rate limits, and deprecations to ensure uninterrupted publishing.

Qualifications & Skills

Required:

• Proven experience integrating with Meta (Graph API), TikTok, and YouTube APIs.
• Strong understanding of OAuth2 authentication flows and token management.
• Experience with Google APIs (Drive, Sheets, YouTube Data API).
• Skilled in API testing tools such as Postman.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

Preferred:

• Experience with publishing automation for ads and organic content.
• Familiarity with Make.com, Zapier, or custom automation scripts.
• Background in ad operations or marketing technology.
