Job Overview:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Chartered Accountant to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in finalisation of accounts under IND-AS, exposure to statutory and internal audits, involvement in due diligence, strong understanding of SAP S/4 HANA systems within a Listed Company Reporting

Accounts Finalisation & Financial Reporting

• Preparation and finalisation of financial statements as per IND-AS and Companies Act, 2013
• Monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of books of accounts
• Preparation of consolidated financials for group companies

Statutory and Internal Audit

• Coordinate and manage statutory audits including liaising with external auditors and resolving audit queries
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies
• Lead and support internal audit processes, including risk assessment and control evaluation

Due Diligence & Mergers & Acquisitions

• Support financial due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures
• Preparation and analysis of financial models and data rooms
• Assist in post-deal integration and compliance

Compliance & Regulatory Reporting

• Filing of statutory returns and reports to regulatory authorities such as MCA, ROC, RBI, etc.
• Stay updated with changes in accounting standards, taxation, and compliance frameworks

ERP & Systems – SAP S/4 HANA

• Operate and generate financial reports using SAP S/4 HANA
• Drive automation and process improvement initiatives within the ERP environment
• Coordinate with IT and finance teams for configuration and troubleshooting

Performance Measures

• Meeting agreed timelines with quality output, alerting management on exceptions
• Ensuring smooth audit and good rating in audit
• Accuracy of accounting, reporting & timely audit closure
• Bringing in best practices and continuous improvement in process & compliances

Preferred Skills

• Strong command of IND-AS, Companies Act, and audit procedures
• Proficiency in SAP S/4 HANA (FI/CO modules preferred)
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in a Limited or Listed Company or Group Corporate Setup
