In financial statement audit at PwC, you will focus on obtaining reasonable assurance about whether the financial statements as a whole are free from material misstatement, whether due to fraud or error, and to issue an auditor’s report that includes the auditor’s opinion.Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team member’s unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. The OpportunityAs part of the Managed Services team you will lead the delivery of exceptional fund finance and accounting solutions across diverse client engagements. As a Manager, you will oversee operations, mentor onshore and offshore team members, and uphold compliance with accounting standards while driving excellence in service delivery. This role offers a unique opportunity to enhance your leadership skills, work with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the success of our clients through innovative solutions and process enhancements.

What You Must Have
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting & Finance or CA/CPA (B.Com mandatory for CPA)
  • At least 4 years of experience in a managed services, shared services, or outsourced finance environment for CA professionals
  • At least 7 years of experience in a managed services, shared services, or outsourced finance environment for CPA or Non-Credential resources
What Sets You Apart
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
  • Strong command of end-to-end accounting processes, including general ledger, reconciliations, financial reporting, AP/AR, and close cycles.
  • Experience in managed services, SLA-based client environments, or outsourced finance preferred
  • Exposure to AP/AR automation, expense management tools, or business intelligence/reporting solutions
  • Proficiency in modern accounting or ERP systems
  • Demonstrating leadership in supervising and coaching teams
  • Excelling in analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Managing multiple clients and priorities effectively
  • Driving process improvements through automation and efficiency
  • Supporting client communications and managing expectations
