What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting & Finance or CA/CPA (B.Com mandatory for CPA)
- At least 4 years of experience in a managed services, shared services, or outsourced finance environment for CA professionals
- At least 7 years of experience in a managed services, shared services, or outsourced finance environment for CPA or Non-Credential resources
What Sets You Apart
- Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
- Strong command of end-to-end accounting processes, including general ledger, reconciliations, financial reporting, AP/AR, and close cycles.
- Experience in managed services, SLA-based client environments, or outsourced finance preferred
- Exposure to AP/AR automation, expense management tools, or business intelligence/reporting solutions
