Asst Sales Manager/Executive Sales- Corporate/MICE

Main responsibilities include Achieving Growth and Sales Target by Identifying, pursuing and closing New sales prospects for the branch as per set targets.

• Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs for Corporate Travel & Related Services.
• Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and visiting Corporates.
• Setting up meetings with potential clients to close business contracts as per company policy.
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on all products and services of the Company.
• Create and provide frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data to your superiors as and when required.
• Assist and follow up for outstandings with the signed clients.
• Coordinate with Operations team for delivering good service.
• Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections of clients.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
• Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, and closing business relationships.
• Target clients for MICE from Delhi/NCR , Telanagana and Gujarat Region.
• Monitoring and assisting Finance team for collection of O/S payment.
• You will be required to travel to other cities in Maharashtra to explore new business prospects.

Job Requirements

1. Should be a graduate, having excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential corporates to demonstrate our services and products through visits , email and phone. Experience in Travel industry will be an advantage
