Job Location: Besant Nagar, Vepery, Egmore, Ascendas-Taramani, Anna Salai, Ashok Nagar, Saidapet, Kilpauk, Nanganallur, Porur, Maduravoyal, Thirumullaivoyal, Karapakkam, Santhome, Shenoy Nagar

Role: Imperia Relationship Manager.

Experience: 8+ Years of Banking Sales Experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for including HNI customers into the Imperia programme and offering them a superior customer experience to enhance the profitability of the relationship by increasing the relationship size, cross selling the right products, acquiring family a/cs ,retaining and enhancing the relationship. The RM is also responsible for acquiring new to Bank Imperia relationships.
  • To be a one point contact for all his financial needs and services, thus enhancing current relationship value and wallet share which will further increase profitability from these relationships.

Role:

Experience: 9+ Years of Banking Sales Experience.

Responsibilities

Lead a result-oriented team and is responsible for managing the Branch Profitability, ensuring high quality service and Customer Relationship Management, Operation and risk.

Own all branch-banking objectives and overall branch supervision, ensure achievement of overall Branch Targets by generating business and cross sales

Key Customer Relationship Management & supervision of all High-Net-Worth customer programs

Ensure all components of the branch sales model function as per design

Complaints Handling

Review Branch Operations reports

Managing teller operations and vault

Branch Merchandising & co-ordination with Marketing at product level

Review vault register and Key Registers

Review Suspense & Dummy accounts

Ensure compliance with Banking rules, Regulations & Procedures

Periodic review of progress vs. Objectives Ensure clarity of Business objectives among staff

Adherence of sales process & Operational Checklist.

Role: PB Teller Authorizer

Experience: 5+ Years of Banking Experience

Responsibilities:

  • Manage lobby operations and branch administration
  • Authorize key transactions and oversee non-cash operations (DD/MC, fund transfers. etc.)
  • Ensure high quality customer service and timely complaint resolution
  • Drive penetration of savings account and monitor dummy/suspense accounts
  • Ensure regulatory and audit compliance across branch operations

Preferred candidate profile:

  • In-depth knowledge of banking operations, processes and compliance
  • Sales oversight and productivity management experience
  • Certifications like AMFI, IRDA, NCFM or CAIIB are a plus
