Asst. Sales Manager

We are seeking a results-driven and dynamic Assistant Sales Manager to support our sales operations in the iron and steel sector. The ideal candidate will assist in developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and ensuring sales targets are achieved. This role requires a deep understanding of the steel industry, market dynamics, and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Sales Manager in developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the iron and steel sector.
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
• Assist in negotiating contracts and closing deals.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations to customers when needed.
• Coordinate with the logistics and operations team to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and prepare regular sales reports.
• Participate in industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote the company’s products.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• In-depth knowledge of iron and steel products (e.g., TMT bars, structural steel, coils, billets, etc.)
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Customer-focused with a solution-oriented mindset
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); CRM experience is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
