Asst. Sales Manager

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (any stream, preference for commerce/finance/management)
• 0–2 years of sales or marketing experience (freshers welcome)
• Good communication skills in English and local language
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
• Self-motivated, target-driven.
• Willing to travel locally and meet prospects

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and contact potential clients through cold calls, referrals, and field visits
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions
• Explain policy features, benefits, and terms clearly to clients
• Maintain strong customer relationships for renewals and cross-selling opportunities
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales and business development targets
• Keep accurate records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions in CRM
• Stay updated with insurance products and industry trends

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
