As an Assistant Restaurant Manager at Mirah Hospitality's Hitchki outlet in Goregaon Nesco, your role will be crucial in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving profitability. Your strong leadership skills and passion for hospitality will be key in effectively managing both the front and back of the house. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Operations Management** - Oversee day-to-day operations for smooth functioning. - Maintain high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness. - Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations. - **Customer Experience** - Enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty through excellent customer service. - Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally. - Monitor and enhance overall guest experience through quality checks. - **Staff Management** - Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff to build a high-performing team. - Optimize efficiency and service by scheduling and managing shifts effectively. - Create a positive and motivating work environment for employees. - **Financial & Inventory Management** - Control costs, maximize profitability, and manage restaurant expenses. - Handle inventory, order supplies, and negotiate with vendors. - Boost revenue through sales report analysis and strategic implementations. - **Marketing & Promotions** - Collaborate on marketing strategies to attract and retain customers. - Plan and execute promotional events and special offers. - Enhance visibility through social media and local marketing tactics. **Key Requirements:** - Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred. - 3-5 years of experience in restaurant management. - Strong knowledge of food safety and industry regulations. - Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure. - Proficiency in restaurant management software (POS, inventory management, etc.).
