Job Description

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for concrete products (batching plants, pumps, etc.).
  • Identify, prospect, and convert new business opportunities in infrastructure, real estate, RMC, and allied
    industries.
  • Manage existing customer accounts and ensure repeat business through strong relationship management.
  • Achieve defined sales targets, market penetration, and profitability goals.
  • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer needs to recommend product/strategy
    improvements.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product support, and service teams to deliver integrated customer solutions.
  • Conduct technical presentations, commercial negotiations, and closure of orders/contracts.
  • Ensure timely collection of receivables and adherence to company policies.
  • Prepare periodic reports on sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts for management review.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Civil) or equivalent. MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred.
  • 7-15 years of proven sales experience in concrete equipment, construction machinery, or related capital goods industry.
  • Strong track record in achieving sales targets and building customer networks.
  • Good understanding of project-based selling and B2B capital equipment sales.
  • Familiarity with government tenders, EPC contractors, and major infra developers.

  • Strong business development and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving approach.
  • Self-driven, target-focused, and ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and reporting systems.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across assigned regions
