1. Responsible for Recruitment for white collar (all levels) for corporate office and all Plants.
2. Responsible for JD & Vacant positions with the help of HOD/Reporting Manager.
3. Job Positing of Vacancies in Naukri Portal, download excel sheet for the Post applied by Candidates and send to HOD/Reporting manager for shortlisting of candidate and provide CVs as desired.
4. Send mail to shortlisted Candidates for Interview (Telecom, Zoom & Face to Face).
5. Arrange interview with HOD/Reporting manager.
6. Arrange final shortlisted candidates Salary slips & Bank statement for CTC negotiation.
7. Prepare CTC and send Approval to competent authority.
8. Carry out joining formalities of new employees.
9. Prepare and Execute Induction programme, liaise with relevant teams & department heads to ensure orientation & learning is given to the new joinee.
10. Preparation of personal file of new joinee.
11. Give new joined employee details to IT team for email id creation etc.
12. Give new joined employee details to HR team for entry in HRMS.
13. Full & Final Settlement of ex-employees (all Corporate / Plants).
14. Provide MIS report timely as required.
15. Employee welfare management.
16. Professional in ATS & AI tools.
