Job Description

Position- Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager

Location- Gurgaon (Sector- 38)

Qualification- MBA (Mandatory)

Key Talent Infusion & Acquisition

L&D and OD Governance:
Design, implement, track and drive major focused L&D initiatives, involving stakeholders to design governance plans and ensure program effectiveness.
Performance Management:

Work with managers and associates to identify and address performance-related issues.
Provide support to managers on corrective actions, including performance improvement plans and disciplinary issues.
Identify process and capability gaps to improve alignment, enhance manpower productivity, and minimize redundancies.

Employee Engagement:
Conduct engagement activities for all levels of employees to maintain motivation, monitor early signs of disengagement, and gather feedback through skip-level meetings and other initiatives.
Employee Grievance:
Facilitate employee grievance handling and develop long-term solutions to address concerns effectively
