Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Asst. Manager - HR to join our team at Club Mahindra, with 3-5 years of experience in the field.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and implement effective human resource strategies to achieve business objectives.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with employees, management, and other stakeholders.
Provide guidance and support on HR-related matters, including recruitment, training, and employee development.
Analyze and resolve complex HR issues and provide solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
Proficient in MS Office and other HR software applications.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
