Asst. Manager - HR

**Job Description:** As a valued member of our team, your role will involve strategic HR management to support the company in achieving its goals. This will include developing and implementing HR strategies that are closely aligned with the overall company objectives. Additionally, you will be responsible for workforce planning and talent forecasting to ensure the organization has the right people in the right roles. Your key responsibilities will include: - Overseeing recruitment strategies, conducting interviews, and leading the selection process to bring in top talent. - Ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new employees, including induction programs that set them up for success. - Driving various employee engagement initiatives, organizing training programs, and creating career development paths to foster growth within the team. - Implementing performance appraisal systems, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and providing guidance for performance improvement. - Ensuring compliance with labor laws, maintaining HR records accurately, and regularly updating HR policies to reflect current regulations. - Handling employee relations matters such as grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions in a fair and consistent manner. - Maintaining HR dashboards, generating reports, and presenting periodic updates to the management team. **Qualifications Required:** - A total of 4 years of work experience in a relevant HR role is preferred. **Additional Company Details:** - **Job Type:** Full-time - **Benefits:** Cell phone reimbursement - **Work Location:** In person - **Ability to commute/relocate:** You must be able to reliably commute to or plan to relocate to Kochi, Kerala before starting work.,
