What You’ll DoLead Video Production: Own the entire process of video creation—from concept to scriptwriting, anchoring, and final distribution. Tell Real Stories: Highlight client journeys, project walkthroughs, expert tips, and behind-the-scenes insights from our construction sites. Optimize by Platform: Adapt and format content to suit Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms. Collaborate with Teams: Work alongside our architects, project managers, and marketing team to align on messaging and brand tone. Use Insights to Improve: Track performance metrics and audience reactions to constantly refine and evolve your approach. Manage All Assets: Create or oversee thumbnails, reels, captions, titles, and descriptions to ensure high-quality output. Who You AreA visual storyteller who’s passionate about documenting real-life stories through video. Experienced in content creation, either through your own social media channels, client projects, or freelance work. Skilled in writing scripts, planning shoots, and post-production editing. You’ve got a basic understanding of camera work, lighting, and sound—even if you're not a full-blown cinematographer. Highly organized and detail-oriented—you see a project through from start to finish. Curious, self-driven, and excited about architecture, construction, or design.
