Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive located in Ernakulam. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing relationships with potential clients, leading sales presentations, and negotiating contracts. The role involves managing the sales lifecycle from prospecting to closing, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The candidate will also collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies to increase sales and meet company targets.

Qualifications

• Advanced communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience of 3 years in sales
• Ability to develop strategic sales plans and achieve sales targets
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience in building long-term customer relationships
• Fluency in English and Malayalam is beneficial
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Highly motivated with a results-driven approach
