Position: Telecaller (Inbound Only) Offshore Location: Netaji Subhash Place, New Delhi Headquarters: USA, Texas Shift Timing: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM (IST) Experience: Freshers & Experienced both welcome (Excellent English communication required) Job Responsibilities Handle inbound calls from USA customers. Assist customers in choosing the best internet service or DirecTV streaming service based on availability in their area. Use portals like Saraplus and Chuzo for customer handling & processing. Achieve daily sales targets ( minimum 1–2 connections per day ).
