With a strong distribution network, dedicated DRSO presence, and diverse travel verticals, we are expanding our frontline sales team in Dehradun.

We are currently hiring a female Senior Sales Executive who can confidently handle high-volume leads, deliver exceptional customer service, and convert sales through professional communication and strong product knowledge.

Position Overview

The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for handling inbound leads (Meta, Google, WhatsApp, Website), counselling clients for Uttarakhand tours and national/international packages, following up systematically, and closing conversions. This role demands excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to understand customer preferences quickly.

Candidates with prior experience in travel sales, hospitality, OTA, DMC, or call-based sales will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls for travel packages
• Convert daily Meta/Google/Website leads efficiently
• Create customised tour itineraries based on client requirements
• Maintain lead follow-up, CRM updates, and sales pipelines
• Communicate tour inclusions, pricing, and policies clearly
• Coordinate with operations team, hotel partners, and vendors
• Build strong relationships with customers and ensure timely follow-ups
• Meet monthly sales targets and report performance metrics
• Manage WhatsApp/Email conversations professionally
• Support walk-in clients at the Dehradun office
• Upsell & cross-sell relevant add-ons (helicopter, activities, hotels, transfers)

Required Skills & Competencies

• Female candidates only
• Excellent communication (Hindi + English)
• Confident telephone pitching & client handling
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
• Ability to understand customer needs and match suitable packages
• Experience in tour itineraries, costing, and travel sales preferred
• Familiarity with Uttarakhand destinations (Auli, Chopta, Kedarnath, Harsil etc.) is a strong advantage
• Basic computer skills: MS Office, WhatsApp Web, CRM
• High-energy, target-driven mindset
• Professional attitude with strong customer service behaviour

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in travel sales / tour sales / call center sales
• Experience in Travel Agencies, Hospitality, OTA, DMC, or similar industry preferred

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline
• Diploma or certification in travel & tourism is an added advantage
