As an experienced HR professional with 7-12 years of experience, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Recruitment and Selection of Regular and Contractual Staff - Implementing Performance Management System - Managing Career Progression and Promotions - Overseeing HR Operations - Enhancing Employee Engagement - Conducting Performance Reviews for FTEs - Handling General Plant HR Duties Qualifications required for this role include: - Graduation in any discipline - MBA/HR/MHRM/MSW degree Please note that this position is open to male candidates only.
