Job Description

As a QA Lead at our company, your primary responsibilities will include: - Developing methodologies, frameworks, strategies, and plans to support quality assurance initiatives aligned with customer excellence - Identifying key elements for formulating a hotel service strategy supporting Dusit signature guest experience - Coordinating Performance Management to establish performance targets through agreed KPIs for all managers - Leading efforts to maintain continuous product or service quality through process improvement and data analysis - Establishing quality standards for products and services in line with Dusit Brand Standards - Ensuring all employees receive company service quality training programs - Conducting internal audits on products, processes, places, and people - Investigating customer complaints and collaborating with management to improve processes and training methods - Developing QA plans for hazard analyses, critical control points, and preventive measures - Working with purchasing to establish quality requirements from external suppliers - Reporting to the General Manager and being a Secretary of the QA Committee - Working closely with other department heads to implement effective service quality training programs - Acting as a catalyst for change and improvement in performance and quality - Updating job knowledge by studying trends in quality management and participating in professional organizations - Assuming the role of QA trainer for Dusit signature guest experience training programs - Representing Dusit's brand and values at all times - Embracing the Company's culture, leading by example, and promoting Thai graciousness - Ensuring confidentiality and secure storage of all intellectual property and data Qualifications required for this role include: - 2-3 years of experience in Quality Assurance systems such as training, risk management, loss control, or internal audit - Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a relevant discipline - Strong analytical skills and a track record of success in reviewing and writing SOPs - Effective communication skills to ensure compliance with standards, policies, and procedures If you possess the above qualifications and are looking to contribute to a dynamic work environment focused on quality assurance and customer satisfaction, we encourage you to apply.,
