As a QA Lead at our company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of quality assurance to support the culture of excellence in customer service. Here's a breakdown of your responsibilities: **Role Overview:** You will be responsible for developing methodologies, frameworks, and strategies that align with quality assurance initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction. Your role involves coordinating QA activities between departments, establishing quality standards, and conducting internal audits. Additionally, you will lead efforts to maintain continuous product or service quality and manage the QA budget effectively. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop QA operational objectives and contribute to strategic plans - Coordinate Performance Management and establish performance targets through KPIs - Establish quality standards in line with Dusit Brand Standards - Conduct internal audits and validate quality processes - Investigate customer complaints and collaborate on improvement strategies - Develop QA plans for hazard analyses and loss control - Work with suppliers to establish quality requirements - Represent Dusit's brand values and deliver exceptional guest experiences **Qualifications Required:** - 2-3 years of experience in Quality Assurance systems - Bachelor's degree in Business Management or relevant discipline - Strong analytical skills and experience with SOPs - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Ability to engage and influence a team effectively This role will report to the General Manager and involve close collaboration with various departments to ensure effective service quality training programmes. You will also be responsible for maintaining confidentiality and upholding the company's values and culture. Continuous learning and self-improvement are encouraged, and you may be assigned additional duties by the QA Committee as needed.
