Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Asst Front Office Manager to join our team at The Ambassador Hotel in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and front office management, with excellent communication and leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage the front office team to ensure exceptional customer service and efficient operations.
Coordinate with various departments to maintain seamless hotel services.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Monitor and control front office budgets for cost-effectiveness.
Maintain high standards of quality and professionalism in all aspects of front office operations.
Analyze customer feedback and implement changes to improve overall guest experience.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in front office management or a related field.
Strong knowledge of hospitality industry trends and best practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
