Associate/Senior Associate New Business Acquisition

Basic Functions/ Job Responsibility

• Identify and acquire new business opportunities from Central & State Governments, IT industry alliances for skill development, and CSR-funded initiatives.
• Monitor and respond to tenders, RFPs, EOIs, GeM (Government e-Marketplace), Central Public Procurement Portal (CPPP), and State procurement portals.
• Design thinking for concept notes, project budgets, and strategic presentations.
• Drafting and submission of technical and financial proposals aligned to government and donor project requirements.
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders i.e. central ministries, state departments, and CSR leaders.
• Track and analyze IT sector trends, government policy updates, and competitive landscape in IT education and skilling.
  

Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications, Experience

• A degree from a premier institute, preferably with a background in computer science/information technology/data science or related fields B.E. / B.Tech. /M.Tech. / MCA/ MBA or equivalent from a recognized university.
• Experience: 0205 years of experience in business development or project acquisition roles.
• Prior exposure to government projects and schemes in education, skill and vocational education.
• CSR engagement and project co-creation.
• IT industry collaboration for digital and future skill initiatives.
  

Knowledge, skills and competencies:

• Strong understanding of government procurement systems and donor frameworks.
• Excellent proposal writing and documentation skills.
• Budgeting and project design capability.
• Relationship-building and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with the ability to use AI tools and data analysis for decision-making and reporting.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and deadline-focused.
