Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Associate to join our team at ITC Grand Chola, located in the heart of Chennai. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage front desk operations, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes for guests.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally and courteously.
Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
Assist with event planning and coordination as needed.

Job Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
Strong problem-solving skills are necessary to handle challenging situations.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Basic knowledge of hotel management principles and practices is preferred.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software is an asset.
A graduate degree in any field is required; relevant certifications or training programs are also acceptable.
