Credit Card sales performance

500+ tele-sales agents

🔹 Track and improve key metrics:

• Conversion ratio

• Talk-time & AHT

• CPA & strike rate

sales governance, discipline, and floor management

Managers and Team Leaders

compliance, audit, and quality standards

🔹 Work closely with banking partners on approvals, underwriting, and closures

10–15 years

large tele-sales teams (500+ callers)

inside sales / call-center-driven models

credit card products, sourcing logic, and bank KPIs

✅ Demonstrated ability to deliver results at scale
