Associate Vice President - Projects

Purpose/Objective

The Associate Vice President - Projects at Adani in Mumbai will play a pivotal role in leading and managing the real estate projects. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 20 years of experience in the Real Estate industry, demonstrating a successful track record in project management and delivery.

Key Responsibilities of Role

- Lead and oversee all aspects of real estate projects from inception to completion - Develop project plans, including scope, budget, schedule, and resources allocation - Manage project timelines and milestones, ensuring timely delivery within budget - Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive project success - Conduct regular project reviews to identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards - Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness - Prepare and present project updates and reports to senior management - Mentor and develop team members, fostering their professional growth and success

Technical Competencies

Qualifications and Experience
