Head of Manufacturing Engineering/ CMO

Team Size & Reporting Structure

Direct Reportee 4 -5

6 days working Mon Sat

9-6 PM

Bachelors/Masters in Robotics, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
10+ years’ experience in manufacturing automation, including 5+ years in a managerial role.
Strong track record of successfully delivering large-scale automation programs.
Technical expertise in:

Robotics (industrial, collaborative, and machine vision).
Material handling systems (AGVs, conveyors, AS/RS).
Instrumentation, PLCs, SCADA,

Strong project management credentials (PMP, Lean Six Sigma preferred).
Excellent leadership, collaboration, and cross-functional stakeholder management skills.
Well-established network with automation OEMs, integrators, and solution providers.

Major KPIs

Automation Adoption Rate (% of lines automated across EMS, molding, and assembly).
Productivity Gains & OEE Improvement (cycle time, throughput, uptime).
Cost Savings from automation-driven efficiencies.
Quality Improvement (defect reduction, process consistency).
On-Time Project Delivery (% of projects delivered on schedule and budget).
Automation Supplier Pool development.
Team Development (automation skills upgraded within internal teams).
