Role & responsibilities

Lead projects with complete accountability for scope, schedule, budget, and quality
Project Planning and Initialization
Contribute to the implementation of project controls, monitoring progress against established baselines.
MVA Estimation
&
Financial Simulation
: Build end-to-end Manufacturing Value Add (
MVA)
models using the
6M framework
(Man, Machine, Material, Marketing, Money, Management) Delivered cost, yield, labor, OEE, consumables, and SG&A simulations to support program viability, leadership investment decisions, and customer negotiations.
Build Smart Factory Transformation
by using digital initiatives such as
Digital Twin, Asset Health, Video Analytics, RPA, MES scalability, and SDS
, enhancing traceability, productivity, and SOP governance.
Coordinate cross-functional teams for new product introductions, ensuring process readiness, supplier alignment, and customer validation.
Drive process optimization and managing production operations

Preferred candidate profile

Project Management principles and methodologies.

Resource Allocation and Budget Management
Problem-Solving and Issue Management
Compliance and Governance
Project Management experience in Greenfield Projects most preferrable
