Associate Vice President - Projects

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all aspects of real estate projects from inception to completion
• Develop project plans, including scope, budget, schedule, and resources allocation
• Manage project timelines and milestones, ensuring timely delivery within budget
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive project success
• Conduct regular project reviews to identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness - Prepare and present project updates and reports to senior management - Mentor and develop team members, fostering their professional growth and success
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field
• Minimum of 20 years of experience in the Real Estate industry
• Proven track record in project management and delivery
• Extensive experience in leading project teams and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders
