1. Proven track record in business development and sales within the real estate industry (B2C model preferred).
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and build rapport.
3. Experience in managing residential sales or related business growth functions.
4. Self-driven, proactive, and adaptable to fast-paced business environments.
5. Willingness to travel for client meetings, events, and networking opportunities
