Role: Associate Trainer
Location: Puducherry | Trichy| Chennai
Job Type: Full-time

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver training sessions on C, C++, Java, Python, Web Development, Full Stack Development, and related technologies.
• Assist in preparing course materials, hands-on exercises, and student projects.
• Mentor and support students in learning technical skills and career growth.
• Participate in academy workshops, seminars, and events.
• Continuously learn and stay updated with new technologies.

What We’re Looking For:

• Educational Qualification (Preferred):
• Master’s in MCA, M.Sc. (Computer Science), M.E., or M.Tech (CSE/IT).
• Candidates with strong technical knowledge and interest in teaching will be considered.
• Skills:
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Java, Python, PHP, Angular, React, Node.js, MongoDB.
• Interest in emerging areas like AI/ML, IoT, Robotics, Git/GitHub is a plus.
• Familiarity with Data Science (Python, ML, Visualization) and UI/UX tools (Figma) will be an added advantage.
• Personal Attributes:
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow into a professional trainer.
• Passion for mentoring and guiding students.
