About the Role We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Associate Trainer to support delivery of our Industrial Automation with Delta PLC & Servo Systems program. The trainer will guide students through fundamentals of automation, PLC programming, motion control, and integration projects such as labelling machine simulation. This role involves both theoretical instruction and hands-on lab training , preparing students for careers in industrial automation. Key Responsibilities Deliver structured training sessions as per the syllabus (PLC, Servo, Motion Control, Pneumatics, HMI). Conduct hands-on workshops using Delta PLC kits, WPLSoft software, sensors, servo drives, and HMIs . Guide students in programming exercises, troubleshooting, and wiring practices. Mentor learners through the final integration project (labelling machine simulation) . Prepare learning materials, quizzes, and evaluation assignments. Support hybrid learning (online theory & offline practicals). Ensure safety and proper lab practices during hands-on sessions. Provide feedback and reports on student performance. Qualifications Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related field . Strong knowledge of PLC programming (Delta preferred), motion control, and automation devices . Hands-on experience with Delta WPLSoft, servo systems (ASDA series), sensors, HMIs, and panel wiring . Familiarity with pneumatics and industrial safety standards. Preferred Skills Prior teaching/training/mentoring experience (formal or informal). Ability to simplify technical concepts for mixed-background learners. Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
