Lead Dotnet Developer

As a Lead .NET Trainer at our company, your main role will involve a combination of client/project management and technical training responsibilities. You will be expected to handle existing client relationships, oversee .NET projects, and deliver training sessions and mentorship programs on .NET Core, Web API, and related technologies. Your key responsibilities will include: - Act as the primary point of contact for existing clients, ensuring strong relationships and client satisfaction. - Oversee and manage ongoing .NET projects to ensure timely delivery and quality standards are met. - Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot issues, provide solutions, and meet project milestones. - Gather client requirements and effectively translate them into actionable tasks for the development team. In terms of training and mentorship, you will be required to: - Conduct training sessions, workshops, and mentorship programs focusing on .NET technologies. - Develop training materials, practical exercises, and project-based learning content. - Provide support to associate trainers and junior developers to aid in their technical growth. - Stay updated with the latest Microsoft .NET technologies and industry best practices to ensure training content remains relevant. Qualifications and Experience required for this role: - Strong experience in .NET Core, ASP.NET, C#, Web API, Entity Framework, and SQL Server. - Hands-on experience in managing client projects in either a service-based or product-based environment. - Proven experience as a Trainer/Technical Mentor in .NET technologies. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to effectively balance client/project delivery responsibilities with training commitments.,
