Lead Dotnet Developer

As a visionary .NET AI Lead/Architect, you will be responsible for designing and delivering AI-powered enterprise solutions on the .NET ecosystem. Your role will require a blend of deep .NET architectural expertise, hands-on AI/ML integration skills, and leadership qualities to guide teams and stakeholders effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Architect & Design end-to-end .NET solutions with integrated AI/ML components such as predictive analytics, NLP, computer vision, and recommendation engines. - Collaborate with data scientists/ML engineers to deploy models (TensorFlow, PyTorch, ONNX, ML.NET) into scalable .NET applications. - Define AI integration strategies including model serving, inferencing pipelines, and continuous learning mechanisms. - Lead microservices-based architectures using .NET Core, C#, and Azure/AWS cloud services. - Ensure that solutions meet enterprise-grade scalability, performance, and security standards. - Stay updated on the latest trends in .NET and AI to bring innovation into enterprise systems. - Mentor and guide development teams in AI integration and modern .NET architectural practices. - Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into intelligent, automated solutions. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - 10+ years of experience in software architecture and development with .NET/.NET Core (C#). - 3+ years of experience integrating AI/ML solutions into enterprise applications. - Strong knowledge of the ML lifecycle, deployment, and inferencing including REST APIs, ONNX Runtime, Azure ML, and ML.NET. - Hands-on experience with front-end frameworks (Angular) and cloud platforms (Azure preferred; AWS/GCP acceptable). - Expertise in containerization & orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes. - Exposure to DevOps/CI-CD for AI/ML model deployment pipelines. - Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn. - Strong understanding of architecture patterns including microservices, event-driven, and domain-driven design (DDD). - Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills.
