Description and Requirements

Primary Skills

Develop and maintain integration solutions using IBM App Connect Enterprise/IBM Integration Bus.

Design, implement, and troubleshoot message flows.

Ensure high performance and reliability of integration solutions.

Gather and translate requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.

Good understanding of RESTful API design principles.

Experience with API security and authentication mechanisms.

Work with Global Cache, Policies, Logging Framework, and Exception handling.

Manage authentication and token management.

Demonstrate proven experience with IBM ACE.

Understand integration patterns and best practices.

Utilize experience with ESQL, Java, and relevant programming languages.

Exhibit strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Investigate and resolve production management incidents, problems, and service requests.

Identifies and implements operating efficiency solutions for specific product feature. Assists in upgrading or patching applications/platforms as needed.

Investigate and resolve escalated production incidents, problems, and service requests.

Implementation of technology best practices, architecture and technology stack including adoption of cloud, AI/Data, and other relevant emerging technology that is fit-for-purpose.

Secondary Skills

Below are good to have working experience in any of the below tools, technologies or platform

IBM API Connect / Knowledge on IBM DataPower / Spring boot APIs / Linux / Containers /Azure DevOps

Good understanding of web services security and XML technologies.

Experience with XSLT, XQuery, and other relevant technologies.

Hands on experience in developing microservices and RESTful APIs using Spring boot.

Experience with Java and relevant frameworks.

Fair knowledge on basic Linux commands and shell scripting to perform day to day activities.

Develop and deploy applications using containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

Implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.

Automate build, test, and deployment processes.

Monitor and optimize DevOps workflows for continuous improvement.
