Associate Scrum Master

Must Have Skills & Experience:-

• 12+ years of experience in project management and Scrum master, with at least 5 years of experience in Agile project management as a Scrum Master. Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean. Strong leadership and facilitation skills, with the ability to build and motivate high
• performing teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non
• technical audiences. Strong problem
• solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues. Attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience with Agile tools, such as JIRA.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:-

• Lead Agile projects and ensure their successful delivery, on time and within budget. Work closely with cross
• functional teams, stakeholders, and sponsors to plan, execute, and monitor project progress. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, such as daily stand
• ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Coach team members on Agile principles and practices, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean methodologies. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, and develop project plans, schedules. Monitor and track project progress and ensure compliance with project management best practices and standards. Develop and maintain project documentation, including project charters, project plans, milestones, timelines and status reports
