Key Responsibilities:

• Targeted Outreach:

  Execute strategic outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, cold calling) to prospective B2B clients and key decision-makers.

• Service Pitching & Qualification:

  Lead introductory client meetings, effectively articulate the value proposition of Alienhouse Networks' services (Landing Page, CMS, UI/UX Design, E-commerce), and qualify leads based on business needs and budget.

• Pipeline Management & Reporting:

  Accurately maintain and manage all sales activities and pipeline stages using Excel.

  This involves meticulous data entry and using functions to track progress.

• Data Analysis:

  Monitor industry trends and competitor activities, often requiring analysis of sales data and market feedback in spreadsheets.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated comfort with proactive outreach and engaging with new B2B contacts.

• Mandatory Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Excel:

  Must be skilled in using functions like

  VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, and pivot tables

  for accurate data management and reporting.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain high motivation in a remote environment.
• A strong understanding of digital services (Web Design, UI/UX) is highly advantageous.
