About the Role

We are seeking a Product Management Associate to support product delivery through sprint coordination, testing, and cross-functional collaboration. The role combines product ownership with QA responsibilities to ensure smooth releases, accurate task definitions, and high-quality outcomes in an agile environment.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and task definition for upcoming releases.
Conduct manual, regression, UI, and CRUD testing in staging (STG) and production (PROD) environments.
Identify, document, and escalate bugs using JIRA or Azure DevOps (ADO).
Create and maintain test plans, cases, and documentation for new and existing features.
Perform MongoDB queries, aggregations, and configuration updates for validation and analysis.
Collaborate with developers, designers, and product teams to ensure timely delivery and alignment on goals.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to improving product and QA workflows.

Required Skills & Tools

Strong understanding of Agile / Scrum processes
Experience in manual and regression testing
Proficiency with JIRA, ADO, and MongoDB
Knowledge of bug tracking, task definition, and release validation
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in Product Management, QA, or Agile coordination
Familiarity with web applications and full-stack development workflows
Exposure to automation tools (a plus)
