About your new Role:

As an APM, you will lead the sprint cycle by defining goals, organizing the backlog, and ensuring smooth execution

in collaboration with engineering and design teams.

 Define and own product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.

 Prioritize features and manage product backlog for maximum business and customer impact.

 Lead sprint planning, execution, and delivery with engineering and design teams.

 Drive product operations by setting KPIs, tracking metrics, and optimizing workflows.

 Own product P&L, pricing, and monetization strategies to ensure profitability.

 Develop and execute user acquisition, retention, and growth strategies.

 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on product goals and execution.

 Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather insights and improve product experience.

 Manage team performance, foster collaboration, and ensure transparent communication.
