Job Description

Hiring

Product Managers

to drive the strategy, design, and execution of product features that impact thousands of users.

Salary

: INR 20,00,000 - 30,00,000 / year (based on experience)

Responsibilities

Define and own product requirements, roadmaps, and success metrics
Work closely with engineering, design, and business teams to ship impactful features
Conduct user research, competitor benchmarking, and market analysis
Prioritize product backlog using data-driven decision-making
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth product delivery
Track feature adoption, performance, and iterate based on feedback

Eligibility

2+ years of experience in Product Management
Strong understanding of product lifecycle, Agile/Scrum methodologies
Ability to write clear PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Comfortable with data analysis (SQL/Excel/Analytics tools)
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
Technical background (CS/Engineering) is a plus
