As part of our growth journey, we are strengthening our Compliance Division under the Global ITSM Team and looking for an experienced Compliance Analyst to support our internal audit, compliance, and data privacy initiatives. Your Key Responsibilities Conduct internal audits & readiness assessments for: ISMS (ISO/IEC 27001:2022) PIMS (ISO/IEC 27701:2019) SOC 2 Type II Privacy regulations (GDPR, PDPA, etc.) 2.Maintain audit evidence repositories, compliance logs, and risk registers. 3.Collaborate with IT, Service Desk, NOC, SOC teams to gather technical audit evidence, validate controls, and ensure compliance across global operations. 4.Support external audit coordination, non-conformity management, risk assessment tracking, and reporting. 5.Assist in data privacy compliance activities, including DPIAs, data flow mapping, consent management, and employee awareness programs. 6.Contribute to policy updates, SOP creation, compliance process enhancements, and audit documentation. Who You Are (Required Skills & Experience) 2+ years of experience in ISMS, PIMS, and SOC 2 internal audits or compliance support roles. Familiar with: ISO/IEC 27001:2022 ISO/IEC 27701:2019 SOC 2 Trust Principles GDPR, PDPA, and other privacy regulations Hands-on experience in evidence collection, audit reporting, compliance dashboards, and risk management. Exposure to technical control validations including firewalls, vulnerability management, IAM, endpoint security logs, etc. Strong documentation, process management, and audit lifecycle management skills. Good to Have (Added Advantage) Familiarity with ITSM, NOC, SOC operations. Experience with compliance tools, GRC platforms. Knowledge of cloud security and data privacy in hybrid/SaaS environments.
